How do I redeem my AppSumo code?▼

Go to Settings → Billing and enter your AppSumo code in the redemption box. You can stack multiple codes to upgrade your plan.

Can I invite my team members?▼

Team collaboration is coming soon! Currently, PulseDash is designed for individual freelancers and small agencies with a single user per account.

How does the AI assistant work?▼

The AI assistant uses your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to provide intelligent features. This keeps your data private and costs predictable.

Can my clients see my pricing?▼

No, the client portal only shows what you want to share - project status, invoices, and updates. Your pricing, costs, and other clients are never visible.

How do I export my data?▼

Go to Settings → Export to download all your data in CSV or JSON format. You always own your data.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?▼

For lifetime deals, there's no subscription to cancel! Your access is permanent. For monthly plans, you retain access until the billing period ends.
